Paloma Aramburu

Director of Entrepreneur Selection and Growth & Partnerships at Endeavor Perú

Paloma Aramburú is a director with more than 11 years of professional experience in marketing strategy, entrepreneurial acceleration and innovation. Paloma has been directing entrepreneur selection and services, as well as its open innovation at Endeavor Peru, a leading NGO in accelerating high-impact ventures globally, with a presence in over 30 countries. She is responsible for the growth of the portfolio of Endeavor Peru entrepreneurs and the sustainability strategy of the NGO. In her organizational sustainability role, Paloma has had the opportunity to develop open innovation services, as well as to implement them with corporate clients. Prior to her current role, Paloma was in charge of marketing for the organization. Paloma has also walked in the shoes of an entrepreneur. In 2014, she co-founded the 100% natural snacks startup, La Purita Verdad.

Lorena Molina-Irizarry

Director of Operations, Census Open Innovation Labs

Lorena Molina-Irizarry serves as Director of Operations at the Census Open Innovation Labs (COIL) within the U.S. Census Bureau; bringing together technologists, government and communities through open tech collaboration tapping into the power of open data for good. In this capacity she also managed strategic partnerships with Big in support of the 2020 Census.

Previously, she served as the Deputy Chief of National Partnerships, engaging and collaborating with national and local stakeholders in industry, tech community and the third sector increasing data use and awareness of open data, leading to the 2020 Census and beyond. She previously served as the Technology Communications Liaison for the CIO, leading technology and innovation communications efforts at the Census Bureau. She has also been instrumental in developing and implementing innovation strategies, strategic workforce planning initiatives and civic digital talent pipelines for government.
